In its newest version, eCaps 1.5, Oticon’s active products are divided into two lines: a “Universal Line”, which primarily targets existing users, and a “Design Line”, which targets mainly reluctant users. It is easy to counsel in regards to price, as the product portfolio is divided into three price categories: “Premium”, “Advanced” and “Essential”.

eCaps is accessed through our Gateway interface and directly from Genie.
