Epoq Streamer
Oticon’s Epoq Streamer is a Bluetooth device that serves as a gateway between your clients’ Epoq hearing instruments and electronic devices such as Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones or external audio sources. The audio signal is picked up by the Streamer, and streamed directly into the Epoq instruments. In addition to enjoying hands-free binaural connection to mobile phones, your clients will be able to connect to PCs, mp3 players and car navigation systems.

EarStream
EarStream technology connects the hearing instruments with Streamer. The hearing instruments will only accept audio streaming from the Streamer to which they are linked. Linking of the Streamer to the hearing instruments has to be done in Genie.
EarStream range: Streaming audio - 0.5 meter (20 inches). Remote volume control or on stand-by for receiving calls - up to 1 meter. Linking is done in Genie. | ![]() | Bluetooth range: 10 meters (30 feet) in open space. Pairing is done via the mobile phone. |
Bluetooth
Bluetooth technology is connecting Streamer with a mobile phone, an mp3 player or other Bluetooth devices. Linking (pairing) to a Bluetooth device is done via the device.
