This tool gives your Oticon support representative a live view of your screen. We can help you solve your problem, or you can give us access to your computer and let us do the work.

How to get started

  1. Click START SESSION
  2. When promted - Click RUN twice: This will start The Remote Assistance tool.
  3. When asked for session number, enter the session number supplied by your Oticon support representatives.
