Pricing updates effective February 23

At Oticon, we are committed to providing you and your patients with the life‑changing technology and quality products
that you deserve. As a result of ongoing global marketplace challenges, we continue to experience increases in our
operating costs.
To remain committed to our values of providing superior hearing technology and services, the following pricing
updates will take effect for all orders received as of February 23, 2023:

The standard list price for our hearing instruments and accessories will increase approximately 3%.

Standard payment terms will be updated to net 30 days, except as otherwise set forth in a contractual agreement.
Our standard Price & Policy Guide and Terms & Conditions of Sale will be updated on February 23rd to
reflect these changes. The Price & Policy Guide may be accessed on MyOticon for those who have a permission
role with access to pricing. If you do not have a MyOticon account, you can sign up by emailing helpwithmyoticon@oticon.com
